Hi, My name is Dalit Michael-Sipper, I am an organizational consultant, based in central Israel. Happily married to Moshe, Professor of Artificial Intelligence, and the mother of three amazing children.

I am a returning resident, having relocated to the United States for four years — one of the most beautiful periods of my life (and I am also a proficient English speaker).

My formal education, my professional experience, and my soul are those of an organizational consultant, a senior manager, and a social worker, all rolled up in one.

I have an MA in Organizational Consulting and Development, a BA in Social Work, and 18 years of experience as a senior manager and organizational consultant.

My perspective encompasses a comprehensive holistic view, and at the same time a close-up, detail-oriented vision. In a nutshell, an all-encompassing forest-and-trees perspective.

And most importantly — for me, working with organizations, is both a privilege and a calling! Every organization is a living, breathing entity, with its own needs, aspirations, goals, and personality.

I am here to give and to gain; to guide, share, and offer; and to assist you with sensitivity, professionalism, responsibility, and intuition. Because there is always something to fix and somewhere to aspire to.
