Organizational Emotional Intelligence (OEI)
Organizational emotional intelligence (OEI) is a field acknowledged in academic literature but lacks comprehensive study. I believe it holds significant value for both organizations and academics. However, academia faces challenges in delving deeply into this complex subject. Therefore, I’ve taken it upon myself to specialize in this area independently and develop a model for assessing OEI across various parameters in the organization. My goal is to assist organizations in enhancing their emotional abilities and skills, fostering a humane, benevolent, and emotionally intelligent environment where employees feel psychological safety, and are deeply connected and committed to organizational goals.
The assessment of organizational emotional intelligence is carried out across the following tiers:
