Before I get into what my intervention process looks like I'd like to emphasize a key point:

Sometimes managers find themselves in need of a consultation session, short-term support, or a quick fix, and not an orderly, longer structured process. Sometimes managers feel the need for someone to walk alongside them, someone to consult with and share their thoughts, plans and dilemmas. At times, there is neither willingness nor need to embark upon a long-term project.

I am here, for you, managers! with my many years of experience and insights, and with sensitivity and intuition, I will accompany, support, guide, and advise you. Issues that might be game changers for you and your organization.

Whether it be via personal meeting (always a better choice 😊) or on Zoom, we will have an introductory session, in which we will get acquainted, map the goals and needs that led you to contact me and contemplate on reaching out to an organizational consultant, brainstorm, and then discuss the desired trajectory for us to move forward.
