We see great importance in providing equal service to all customers and users and in improving the service provided to customers and users with disabilities. Therefore, we invest resources in making our website more accessible to people with disabilities.

Website accessibility

The accessibility of the site is intended to make it user-friendly and convenient for the use of people with special needs, stemming from, among other things, various motor disabilities, cognitive impairments, short-sightedness, blindness or color blindness, hearing impairments and elderly people.

We try to have our website meet the requirements of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments) 5773-2013, at the required standard level. We also implemented the recommendations of theWCAG2.0 document from the W3C organization.

Corrections and adjustments made:

• The site is optimized for common browsers
• The site is optimized for use on mobile phones.
• The site is optimized for a compatible display on a variety of screens and resolutions.
• The means of navigation on the site are simple and clear.
• The contents of the site are written in a clear, orderly manner.
• The content of the site is written in simple and clear language.
• All pages on the site have a fixed structure.
• Most of the images on the site have an alternative textual explanation (alt).
• The site allows changing the font size by using the Ctrl key and the + key on the keyboard

The site does not use a moving or flashing text display.

It is important to note that despite our efforts to make all pages on the site accessible, and despite our activities to improve the accessibility of the site, parts or capabilities that have not been properly accessible or that have not yet been made accessible may be found.
