Introduction and Scope of the Policy
This document constitutes the unified privacy policy of Organic Corporate Ltd. and DMS Organizational Consulting & Support (hereinafter together: “the Companies”, “we”, “us”, “the operating entities”).
This policy applies to all consulting, support, diagnostic, and community services provided by both Companies—jointly or separately—including through their websites, digital systems, questionnaires, communities, meetings, and online platforms.
Use of the Companies’ services constitutes consent to this policy. If you do not agree to its terms, please refrain from using the services or providing personal information.

Areas of Activity

2.1 Organizational Consulting, Support & Development
The Companies provide diagnostic, consulting, and organizational analysis services within the Organizational Emotional Intelligence (OEI) model, including tools and deliverables such as OEI Profiler, OEI DeepDive, OEI Venture, organizational analysis reports, improvement recommendations, AI-based insights, and more.

2.2 Community Building & Management
The Companies operate professional and business communities, including:
• Professional knowledge communities in the field of organizational emotional intelligence (e.g., OEI Community).
• Business-organizational communities, including OEI and O2B, intended for networking, learning, and collaboration between business owners and organizations.

Definitions

• “Website” – Any website, questionnaire system, online form, or any other platform operated by or on behalf of the Companies.
• “User” – Any individual who submits information or participates in a questionnaire, interview, event, or community activity.
• “Personal Information” – Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, including name, address, email, phone number, workplace, job title, résumé, employment information, workplace perceptions, photos, audio/video recordings, transcripts, responses, feedback, and any content shared by the user.
• “External Service Providers” – Suppliers, consultants, subcontractors, or client-organization managers who receive information for processing, analysis, or service delivery.

Information Collection Sources

The Companies collect personal and organizational information from various sources, including:
• Online and offline questionnaires, Google Forms, CRM systems, etc.
• Forms on the Companies’ websites.
• Email, WhatsApp, and social media communications (including publicly shared profile data).
• Zoom recordings, in-person meetings, personal interviews, and community gatherings.
• Documents, presentations, reports, records, and photos provided or collected as part of the work.
• Information received from third parties, such as managers, employees, clients, or community members.

Purposes of Information Use

Information is used for:
• Analyzing organizational trends and insights.
• Creating organizational profiles or reports for consulting, diagnostics, and learning.
• Tailoring services, products, and content to user and organizational needs.
• Communicating with clients, managers, and community members.
• Operating, managing, and developing business and organizational communities.
• Distributing knowledge, updates, articles, and professional publications—subject to user consent.
• Complying with legal requirements and responding to user inquiries.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Companies use cookies, pixel tags, and digital identifiers for:
• Proper site functionality.
• Improving user experience.
• Information security, analytics, and measurement.
• Content personalization and targeted advertising.
Cookies can be blocked via browser settings—blocking may affect service availability.
Some cookies are provided by third parties (such as Google).

Information Processing, Storage & Retention

The Companies process information using:
• Analysis software (ERP, SPSS), AI systems.
• Secure cloud services (Google Drive, etc.).
Information will be stored for 7 years from the date of collection or as required by law.
After this period, information will be deleted or anonymized.

Information Sharing with Third Parties

The Companies may share information with:
• External service providers (CRM, cloud services, information security).
• Managers and authorized individuals in organizations being assessed.
• Clients, community members, and relevant business partners.
• Authorized legal authorities.
Beyond these cases, information will only be shared with consent or in anonymized form.

Information Security

The Companies implement reasonable security measures, including:
• Restricted access permissions.
• Encryption and secure cloud storage.
• Monitoring and backups.
However, complete protection cannot be guaranteed.

Direct Marketing & Communications

The Companies may send articles, updates, and invitations—subject to the recipient’s consent.
Users may request removal from mailing lists at any time.

User Rights

Under the Privacy Protection Law, users may:
• Review information stored about them.
• Request correction, completion, or deletion of information.
• Request information on recipients of their data and the purpose of transfer.
• Object to the use of information for marketing purposes.
• Receive a copy of the information.
The Companies may charge a reasonable fee for complex requests.
