Who I am
My name is Dalit Michael-Sipper, I am an organizational consultant.
I have an MA in Organizational Consulting and Development, and a BA in Social Work. I have a track record of 18 years as a senior manager in both private and public organizations.
The large and diverse toolbox I have accumulated over the years, as a manager and as an organizational consultant, along with my training as a social worker, enable me to work in depth at the various levels of an organization, with a comprehensive holistic view and attention to the needs of the organization, while maintaining human relations, great rapport, empathy and understanding of the needs of the individuals in the organization.
The manager in me sees the organization in its entirety as an independent entity and as a whole system, going from the managers’ point of view, through the management backbone and stakeholders, to the last of the employees.
The social worker in me sees the individual in the organization, acknowledging every employee. This is important because employees make up the organizational DNA, and their satisfaction and motivation are critical to the existence of a healthy organization: flexible, ever-changing, human, effective, and efficient.
This is how I can connect with everyone on an equal footing and seamlessly integrate myself into the organization as a collaborative part of the team, understanding the complexities, and responding quickly, sensitively, professionally, and with a strong intuition, with commitment to the organization and to its employees.
In choosing a good organizational consultant to help you lead your organization, luck also plays a part. Because beyond scrutinizing their professionalism, experience, knowledge, and endorsements, a truly good consultant should be not only human and pleasant, but also determined, assertive, and — no less important — charismatic, and captivating. If you’re looking for someone who levels the playing field, while having a broad, big-picture view of the entire organization — you’ve come to the right place!
I see it as a great privilege and as a mission to accompany any organization, according to the trajectory it chooses, and according to its needs. While engaging its employees, I aim to improve the work, to make it useful and efficient, thereby improving the quality of life of the employees in the organization and leading to efficiency and savings in costs and resources.

My Mission Statement
Everything I stand for stems from my deep belief that people are motivated by their feelings, wants, and needs. Organizations that recognize this truth and tap into those sentiments with authenticity and sensitivity are the ones that truly inspire, innovate, succeed, and create long-term impact.
My mission is to help organizations cultivate deep Organizational Emotional Intelligence—to understand the emotions, needs, and aspirations of the people who make them up—and to leverage this connection for sustainable growth, continuous improvement, and a meaningful contribution to society. I believe that organizations that harness the power of emotion and empathy are not only more successful in business, but also have a lasting, positive influence on the world, creating a sense of belonging, fulfillment, and value for everyone involved.
My Vision
To inspire a global movement that empowers organizations to nurture Organizational Emotional Intelligence, foster empathy and compassion, and create thriving environments where people, teams, and organizations are uplifted, connected, and transformed.
My Philosophy
I believe every organization has the potential to be a force for positive change. At its core, every organization is a living, dynamic entity with its own needs, desires, values, personality, lifecycle, and intelligence. An organization is, first and foremost, a P4P – People for People. All stakeholders—including managers, employees, customers, investors, and even vendors—who interact with the organization are influenced by its conduct. People are primarily driven by their emotions, wants, and needs, and these motivations shape their actions, reactions, relationships, commitments, and contributions. This is where Organizational Emotional Intelligence (OEI) comes into play. As a B2O (Business-to-Organization) service, I help organizations tap into the power of OEI to create environments rooted in empathy, compassion, and understanding. When organizations nurture OEI, they unlock the potential of their people, building workplaces with strong reputations, that inspire, connect, and transform lives—ultimately creating lasting, positive change for all.
